We are situated on the main A93 road (Aberdeen to Banchory) in a lovely rural setting at Crathes about 3 miles east of Banchory with easy access to Royal Deeside, Aberdeen and the coast.
We are ideally situated for the Lower Dee fishing beats.
We extend a warm welcome to all our guests visiting the area for fishing, golf, shooting, touring, walking & cycling.
Our small comfortable Bed & Breakfast has a large cosy lounge exclusively for guests with TV, hospitality tray and breakfast table where we serve a full hearty breakfast or a substantial fruit, ham & cheese platter.
We have one spacious ground floor room with a king size bed etc. and adjacent, there is a bright and fresh guest-only shower room with a WC, wash hand basin unit and large shower.
The house is set in 1.5 acres of mature woodland garden and guests are welcome to enjoy the ambient surroundings. At the foot of the garden lies the Deeside Way which gives a nice walking trail to places such as The Milton of Crathes Craft Village, Crathes Castle and Banchory. We are only 5 minutes away to the Lower River Dee fishing beats.
